Account Deletion
This page explains how IMPULSO Pro users can request deletion of their account and associated data. It is public so users can access it from the web, Google Play, App Store review, or a browser without signing in first.
Request account deletion
You can request deletion from inside IMPULSO Pro if you still have access, or you can email support@impulsopro.io from this public page. Support will verify account ownership before deleting an account and associated data.
Email requests should include the account email address, business or workspace name if applicable, confirmation that you want to delete your IMPULSO Pro account and associated data, and whether you can still access the app. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive secrets.

Before you request deletion
Deleting an IMPULSO Pro account may remove account access and business workspace data associated with that account, including operational records your business may rely on. Export or save any records you need before requesting deletion.
If you are part of a team account, the account owner or admin may need to manage workspace data, team access, or business records before deletion can be completed.
Request deletion inside the app
If you can sign in, open IMPULSO Pro and follow this path: Sign in -> My Account -> Security tab -> Account deletion -> Request account deletion. The app submits a support request marked as an account deletion request so support can verify ownership and process the deletion.
You may be asked to confirm your identity, account email, business workspace, and authority to request deletion.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in or have already removed the app from your device, email support@impulsopro.io from this public page. Include the email address for the account and state that you are requesting account deletion and associated data deletion.
Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in the request. Support may ask follow-up questions to verify that the request is authorized.
Data we delete
After verification, we delete or de-identify account data and associated business data that we are not required or permitted to retain.
- Account profile details, authentication-linked account records, preferences, and team access records where deletion is permitted.
- Business workspace records such as leads, clients, jobs, visits, schedules, quotes, invoices, follow-ups, notes, files, photos, public document links, and generated content where deletion is permitted.
- Push tokens, notification preferences, support request context, and related operational records where deletion is permitted.
Data we may retain
Some information may be retained when needed for legal, tax, payment, dispute, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, audit, backup, or compliance reasons.
- Payment, subscription, invoice, receipt, payout, refund, dispute, chargeback, and tax-related records.
- Security logs, abuse-prevention records, fraud-prevention records, support history, and records needed to protect rights or comply with law.
- Limited backup copies until they expire through ordinary backup cycles.
Expected processing timeline
We generally expect to review and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law or more time is needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, backup, or dispute reasons.
If more time is needed, support should explain the reason when reasonably possible.
After deletion
After deletion is completed, you may lose access to your account, workspace, public links, documents, team records, and related business data. Some retained records may no longer be visible in the app but may be kept for the limited reasons described above.
Creating a new account later may not restore deleted data.

If you cannot sign in, email support@impulsopro.io and include the account email address, business/workspace name if applicable, confirmation that you want to delete your IMPULSO Pro account and associated data, and whether you can still access the app.
