Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These Terms explain the rules for creating an account and using IMPULSO Pro to run field-service business workflows. By using IMPULSO Pro, you agree to use the service responsibly and comply with applicable law.
Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms apply when you access or use IMPULSO Pro, including the web app, mobile app, public legal pages, public quotes and invoices, account features, support channels, and related services.
If you use IMPULSO Pro on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business and its authorized users.
Who may use IMPULSO Pro
IMPULSO Pro is intended for business and professional use by contractors, home-service businesses, their owners, admins, and authorized team members. It is not intended for personal consumer use by children.
You must provide accurate account and business information and maintain your authority to use the service for the business workspace you access.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, keeping account information accurate, managing team access, assigning appropriate roles, and monitoring activity in your workspace.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account, workspace, customer data, payment data, or device has been accessed without authorization.
Customer data and business records
You retain responsibility for the client, job, visit, quote, invoice, payment, service history, note, address, phone, email, file, photo, and other business or customer data you enter, upload, generate, approve, send, or publish through IMPULSO Pro.
You are responsible for having any rights, permissions, notices, and consents needed to enter, use, send, or share information about your customers, team members, contractors, and business contacts.
Field-service workflows
IMPULSO Pro supports operational workflows such as leads, clients, estimates and quotes, accepted jobs, visits, scheduling, invoices, payments, follow-ups, service records, notifications, reporting, settings, and AI-assisted drafting or suggestions.
The service helps organize business operations, but it does not replace your professional judgment, customer communications, accounting review, tax advice, legal advice, licensing duties, permitting duties, insurance duties, or field-service obligations.
Accuracy, taxes, licenses, and customer communications
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of quotes, invoices, prices, discounts, taxes, terms, schedules, service descriptions, messages, public links, customer communications, and documents before sending or relying on them.
You are responsible for complying with laws, permits, licenses, warranties, safety duties, tax obligations, labor rules, customer protection rules, privacy duties, and payment obligations that apply to your business and services.
Subscriptions, trials, cancellations, and refunds
IMPULSO Pro may offer trial, starter, pro, or other plans. Plan access, feature limits, trial eligibility, renewal timing, cancellation, billing history, and refund handling may depend on account status, provider records, product configuration, and any written agreement that applies.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. You are responsible for keeping billing information current and reviewing billing notices. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks may require support review and payment-provider processing.
Acceptable use
You must not use IMPULSO Pro to break the law, mislead people, infringe rights, invade privacy, send abusive or unauthorized communications, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, bypass security, scrape data, resell unauthorized access, or store data you are not allowed to process.
You must not use public quote, invoice, payment, lead, landing-page, notification, email, SMS, support, or AI features for spam, deception, harassment, unlawful surveillance, or unauthorized marketing.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted features may help draft, summarize, transcribe, suggest, or generate operational content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI outputs before using, sending, publishing, charging, scheduling, or relying on them. Do not enter information into AI features unless you have the right to process it.
Third-party services
IMPULSO Pro uses third-party services for hosting, database, authentication, payments, email, SMS when enabled, push infrastructure when configured, AI capabilities, OAuth sign-in, security, and support operations.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limits, compliance requirements, and fees. IMPULSO Pro is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Intellectual property
IMPULSO Pro and its software, design, workflows, trademarks, brand, documentation, and technology are owned by IMPULSO Pro or its licensors. You may use the service only as allowed by these Terms.
You retain the rights you have in your business data and customer data. You grant us permission to process that data as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate IMPULSO Pro.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, remove, or change features, including beta, trial, mobile, notification, payment, AI, public document, or automation features. Some features may depend on provider configuration, account status, plan eligibility, or external review.
We aim to operate IMPULSO Pro reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
IMPULSO Pro is provided as a business software service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties that it will meet every business need, prevent every error, recover every payment, or ensure compliance with every legal, tax, licensing, or customer obligation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, IMPULSO Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by user-entered data, customer disputes, provider outages, unauthorized account use, or business decisions made using the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, causes payment risk, abuses the service, harms others, or must be restricted to comply with law or provider requirements.
You may stop using the service or request account deletion. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page.
Disputes and governing terms
If a separate signed or written agreement applies to your account, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
The repo materials reviewed for this launch pass do not confirm a legal entity name, governing law, or venue. Until owner/legal counsel confirms those details, disputes will be handled under applicable law and any written agreement that applies.
Contact and changes
For questions about these Terms, billing support, privacy requests, or account deletion, use the in-app support/account deletion flow or email support@impulsopro.io.
We may update these Terms as the service, providers, legal requirements, or business model changes. The current version appears on this page.
