Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how IMPULSO Pro collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information when contractors and home-service businesses use the web app, mobile app, public documents, and related services.

What IMPULSO Pro is

IMPULSO Pro is a Spanish-first, bilingual field-service operating system for contractors and home-service businesses in the United States. The service helps business users manage leads, clients, estimates and quotes, accepted jobs, visits, schedules, invoices, payments, follow-ups, business settings, and related operational visibility.

This policy applies to IMPULSO Pro public legal pages, account and team use, mobile and web app use, public quote and invoice links, support interactions, and other services that link to this policy.

Account and business information

We collect information needed to create, secure, and operate your account and business workspace.

  • Name, email address, authentication information, login events, session information, and account preferences.
  • Business profile information such as company name, service area, business phone, business email, logo, brand settings, documents settings, team members, roles, permissions, and plan or billing status.
  • Support requests, privacy requests, account deletion requests, and other messages you send to IMPULSO Pro.

Business and customer data entered by users

IMPULSO Pro stores the field-service information that account owners, admins, and authorized team members enter or generate while running their business.

  • Leads, clients, customer names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, service locations, service history, notes, follow-ups, tags, and related contact details.
  • Jobs, visits, calendar and scheduling data, assignments, estimate visits, internal tasks, job status, visit status, recurrence settings, expenses, profitability records, and operational notes.
  • Estimates, quotes, quote line items, customer approval or change-request activity, invoices, payment records, public quote and invoice links, document settings, PDFs, receipts, and customer-facing messages.
  • Files, images, logos, signatures, generated content, or photos when a feature allows you to upload, attach, send, or generate them.

Payments and subscriptions

IMPULSO Pro uses third-party payment providers for subscription billing, contractor payment setup, customer invoice payment flows, payment history, receipts, disputes, and related payment events where those features are enabled.

IMPULSO Pro should not store full card numbers. Payment providers may process card, bank, billing, payout, identity, fraud-prevention, dispute, and transaction information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Mobile, device, and diagnostics data

When you use IMPULSO Pro on a mobile device, we may collect technical data needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

  • Device type, operating system, app version, browser or webview information, language, IP address, diagnostic logs, error details, and security events.
  • Push notification tokens, notification preferences, delivery attempts, delivery logs, and notification interactions if push notifications are enabled and configured.
  • Camera, file, location, or other device permission data only when a product feature requests access and you grant permission.

Communications

We process communications needed to operate IMPULSO Pro, support your business, and deliver messages that you choose to send.

  • Transactional emails, account notices, team invitations, support messages, security notices, billing notices, and product updates.
  • Quote, invoice, receipt, follow-up, and customer communication content that you create, approve, send, or schedule through the product.
  • SMS or on-my-way messages only if those product surfaces and provider settings are intentionally enabled.

AI features

IMPULSO Pro includes AI-assisted features for business workflows, such as helping draft quote or invoice messages, generate landing-page text or images, summarize context, transcribe audio where available, or suggest automation-related outputs.

When you use AI features, the business and customer context you provide, select, approve, or ask the feature to process may be sent to AI providers so the feature can generate a response. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you remain responsible for reviewing it before using, sending, or relying on it.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve IMPULSO Pro.

  • Authenticate users, manage accounts, roles, sessions, preferences, onboarding, and team access.
  • Deliver field-service workflows including clients, jobs, visits, calendar, quotes, invoices, follow-ups, public documents, billing, notifications, and reporting.
  • Process payments, subscriptions, receipts, billing history, support requests, disputes, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal or tax records.
  • Send service communications, support messages, transactional email, notifications, and customer messages that users initiate or approve.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor performance, prevent abuse, protect security, comply with law, enforce terms, and improve product quality.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. We share information only as needed to provide IMPULSO Pro, comply with law, protect rights and security, process user-directed actions, or operate with service providers.

Repo-confirmed providers and provider categories include Vercel for hosting and deployment, Supabase for database and authentication services, Stripe for payments and subscription-related processing, Resend for email delivery, Twilio for SMS features when enabled, Google Firebase or FCM for mobile push infrastructure when configured, Google Gemini and OpenAI for AI-related capabilities where enabled, and Google OAuth when a user chooses Google sign-in.

Separate analytics and crash-reporting providers were not confirmed in the repo references reviewed for this launch pass. If those are added later, this policy and the Google Play Data safety answers must be updated before launch reliance.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, business, customer, operational, support, security, and billing records while needed to provide IMPULSO Pro, keep accounts secure, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, satisfy legal or tax obligations, enforce agreements, and operate backups.

If you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify account data and associated business data that we are not required or permitted to retain. Some records may remain for legal, tax, payment, dispute, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, backup, or audit reasons.

Backup copies may take additional time to expire from ordinary backup systems, and retained records may be isolated or restricted where appropriate.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, export, deletion, or review of your account data through the in-app support or account deletion flow. If you cannot access your account, use the developer contact or support channel published with the IMPULSO Pro app listing and include the email address for the account.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request, especially when the request concerns a business workspace, team account, customer records, payments, or deletion.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, role-based access controls, HTTPS encryption in transit, database security controls, service-role boundaries for sensitive operations, logging for security and support, and limited access for operational needs.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using strong credentials, protecting devices, managing team access, and telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or accidental disclosure.

Children and processing location

IMPULSO Pro is for businesses, contractors, professionals, and their authorized team members. It is not directed to children and should not be used by children.

IMPULSO Pro is currently focused on businesses in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate.
